Toning Lotion

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - A highly effective natural toner to freshen, tone and revitalise the skin.  Toning lotion completes the cleansing process without drying.  It refreshes and cools the skin, tones facial muscles, removes any remaining traces of cleanser plus make up or dirt.  Use with coton wool first thing in the morning provided the skin was thoroughly cleansed the previous night.
