Almond Oil

Almond Carrier Oil 
Latin name: Prunus dulcis

Almond (sweet) is one of the most commonly used cold pressed carrier oils. It is known for its revitalising and gently soothing properties.

 Sweet almond oil contains vitamins A, B1, B2 and B6 and has a high percentage of mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids.  Because it has a small amount of Vitamin E it keeps reasonable well.  It can help to protects and softens the skin, soothes inflammation and calms the irritation caused by eczema.

Carrier Oils are vegetable oils used on their own or dilute essential oils.  Best used within 12 months of opening.
