An ideal blend to vaporise during illness to help defeat airborne infection. This blend can be inhaled directly, aiding effective respiration. It is particularly useful during the winter months and helps maintain a strong immune system.
To use: Add 4-5 drops to a tissue and inhale or put in a vapouriser/ diffuser or add to a carrier oil or lotion base to massage onto skin.
