Cassia essential oil is Steam distilled from the leaves. Cassia has a wonderfully sweet, spicy aroma. Cassia essential oil is also known as Chinese cinnamon, traditionally used in medicine for digestive problems. Antimicrobial, it can help support the immune system. It is not recommended for use on the skin.
Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
