Chamomile Roman (Chamaemelum nobile) 3ml Pure Essential Oil

Chamomile Roman essential oil has a warm slightly apple like aroma.  It is Steam distilled using the flower heads. Chamomile Roman oil is helpful for insomnia, stress, indigestion and headaches.  Known for its soothing and calming properties it is also beneficial for dry, itchy skin for using in the bath after exercise to help muscular relaxation.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.

Warning: Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
