Clary Sage essential oil is Steam distilled using the flowering tops and foliage.  It has an flowery, herby nutty aroma.  It has a special reputation for maintaining a balanced hormonal system, being useful for helping painful periods, irregular periods and hot flushes during the menopause.  Clary sage is also used for keeping irritable symptoms of PMS at bay.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
