Eucalyptus is Steam distilled using the leaves.  Eucalyptus citriodra has a fresh Lemon scented aroma.  Eucalyptus citrodora essential oil is useful to help combat depression, being very uplifting.  It is also known to be helpful in for aches and pains and general well-being,  Eucalyptus citriodora has been recommended in skincare due to its deodorising properties and is thought to help in the treatment of conditions such as dandruff & athletes foot.  

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
