Frankincense essential oil is Steam distilled using the resin.  It has a warm woody aroma with a hint of citrus.  Frankincense has a soothing effect on the respiratory system, making it beneficial for dry, chesty coughs.  The oil also promotes a general feeling of well being and is used on a emotional level for grief and loss.  It is ideal for use during meditation to inhale.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
