Geranium is steam distilled from the the leaves and flowers.  It has a heavy, sweet, flowery aroma.  It is balancing and uplifting, being particularly useful in times of hormonal imbalance such as pmt or times of stress.  is is used in skin care products to cleanse and maintain vibrant skin.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
