Melissa essential oil is Steam distilled using the leaves and flowering tops.  It has a earthy warm, lemony aroma.It is an excellent oil for women in a baths or massage to help relive painful periods, PMS and help to regulate. Melissa is also used to help relive anxiety, headaches, tension and insomnia, lifting despondency and despair.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.

Warning: Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
