Orange bitter essential oils is expressed using the fruit rind.  Orange bitter essential oil has a more delicate aroma than the sweet variety.  It is an excellent digestive stimulant and can help improve the appetite and improve the metabolism.  It is a used to help anti-depressant symptoms and may help combat insomnia.  It has also been successfully used in travel to help prevent motion sickness.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
