Peppermint essential oil is Steam distilled. Peppermint has a minty fresh aroma, It is known to be highly effective against heartburn, nausea and indigestion. Its cooling and cleansing properties may help to soothe itchy skin, varicose veins. It has also known to be beneficial during menopause helping to reduce hot flushes and irritability

Directions:Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage add to 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
