Rosemary Cineole (Rosmarinus officinalis) 10ml

Rosemary is steam distilled from the flowering tops and leaves. Rosemary essential oil has a herbaceous aroma, traditionally used to help maintain a clear head, being excellent to help overcome headache and migraine, and a good memory. It has also been successfully used as an aid to respiration and to bring relief to stiff muscles.

Please note: Rosemary may not be suitable for people with high blood pressure, epilepsy or pregnancy due to its high stimulating action.

Directions:Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage add to 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.

Warning: Do not use undiluted on skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A skin patch is recommended for those with sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
