Sage essential oils is Steam distilled from the leaves. Sage has a strong, fresh, warm herbaceous aroma. Sage essential oil has numerous properties including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, stomachic and tonic. Sage is known to strengthen the digestive system promoting digestion. Sage is warming, and is thought to be beneficial for menstrual & menopausal problems.
Directions:Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage add to 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
