Spearmint (Mentha spicata) 10ml Pure Essential Oil
Spearmint is Steam distilled using the flowering tops. Spearmint essential oil has a herbeaceous aroma. It has antiseptic & antispasmodic properties being beneficial for digestive issues including indigestion. It is known to be uplifting and may be used as an inhalation for sinus problems to help as a decongestant.
Directions:Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage add to 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
