Cancellation Policy (Courses)
To guarantee your place on a course or to reserve a
consultation we require a deposit payable either by cheque or
credit card, with the balance payable on arrival. We will advise
the amount of the deposit at the time of booking.
The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 1
calendar month before the course start date or consultation
date or in the event that the course does not run or we have to
cancel the consultation.
If you cancel between 1 month and 2 weeks of the start date
we will refund 50%.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the start date we regret we are
unable to refund the deposit unless we are able to fill the place.
